Our choice of the location of our projects is always key, to ensure that the buildings and projects enjoy easy accessibility for both our tenants & visitors, in addition to their proximity to all the key destinations. We also deeply focus on the aesthetic aspect of the project; to provide our clients with an ambiance including an abundance of greenery and always work to promote serenity – to help them focus on their jobs within a welcoming environment.
Innovation is another key component in all our projects, we are always looking to enhance and improve, and in some cases even lead – with introducing new ideas and concepts in our projects to provide both a new and fresh experience to the commercial real estate scene.

Safety
Everest for Urban Development’s policy places a high priority on safety. Our project
teams and safety specialists apart from the elaborate security plan implemented on site, securing all access points (entrances & exits) both pedestrian access points or vehicular; also closely collaborate to provide a safe environment for all; in terms of implementing the most advanced fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems in all of our projects.
In light of the past 2 years’ events, we have also added the COVID-19 precautionary
measures that are carried out meticulously in all of our projects.

Everest also knows the importance of its role in society, which makes us so careful to build green buildings in premium locations to suit our clients. Since Everest works in leasing only without selling, we make sure that the tenant experience “beginning from introducing the project to a potential tenant to signing in the lease agreement” to be maintaining a long-term relationship with our tenants.
