Bureau 175
Bureau 175 was the pilot project introducing Everest for Urban Development to the Commercial Real Estate scene in 2015. Built with elegant architecture, state-of-the-art technical specifications, in addition to a LEED Certification in Green Building – at the Silver Level – the building created the required buzz in the market that a new project offering prime administrative spaces was up for lease.
Over the following two years, Bureau 175 gradually became home to several reputable multinational entities namely Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, Uber, Esri & Adwia.
Bureau 175 is located on Road 90 South in New Cairo; the building structure consists of two-basement levels, a ground, and six typical floors with a total of 14,500sqm.
Bureau 58
Our second project, this time an “Office Park” – boasts a total of 18,000 sqm of top-notch administrative areas available for lease. The park houses 3 separate buildings that share a beautiful common area in the form of a “piazza” in the middle. Keeping the momentum of success, we have maintained state-of-the-art technical specifications, beautiful architecture, yet we upgraded the LEED Certification to the Gold Level.
Bureau 58 is a fully gated business park consisting of three stand-alone buildings with the building structure consisting of one underground basement floor, ground, and two typical floors.
The project will be operational Q4 2022.

Our latest administrative project, located on the busy intersection of Mohamed Naguib Axis & Road 90 South, Bureau 328 is currently in the design phase. Again, it will be catering to our very selective tenants with more innovation and state of the art technical specifications, and as always Green Building at heart.
