We offer new and proprietary solutions to our clients. We’ve helped over 1,500 clients find the right office space for their organizations, and we are just getting started. We are looking for brokers with 5+ years of NYC CRE experience. A qualified candidate is prepared to bring their book of business and be willing and able to execute transactions from the leads SquareFoot provides while using SquareFoot’s proprietary platform and products. We expect the broker to provide a high level of service and become a trusted advisor with our customers. An ideal candidate functions best as a team player, is detail-oriented, so they can work both within our team structure and represent SquareFoot externally. Ideal Team Member
• Self-starter with a proven track record of closing transactions in NYC
• Secures new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional SquareFoot services
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with Junior Brokers

• Utilizes and keeps Salesforce up to date
