Our Administrative buildings are Bureau 175, Bureau 58 Office Park, and our upcoming project Bureau 328; our retail project is called Zia – New Cairo’s first “Resto-Hub” and finally our warehouses project is called Terminal 48.

Everest for Urban Development was founded in 2010 as a privately-owned development firm; its founders bring extensive experience from the field of civil works & construction through completing hundreds of projects over the course of 35 years with Al Shams for Contracting & Engineering – which is classified as a first-class company according to the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors.
